Planning
Surgical planning is the first and the most important stage of hair transplantation. In the in person medical consultation, the best surgical strategy is defined, studying the patient's facial metrics, the extension of the bald area, the characteristics of the threads and the donor area, combined with the patient's expectations.
Extraction (FUE)
The FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique is the method of extracting follicular units one by one through circular micro incisions from 0.7 to 1mm in diameter, without the need for linear cutting or surgical stitches. It is a minimally invasive procedure, using local anesthesia and medical discharge on the same day.
Implantation
The extracted follicules are implanted individually at the receiving region, using an instrument developed exclusively to implant properly and with minimal manipulation of the follicle, called Implanter. The advantages of this method are the precision, speed and higher rate of graft survival.
Results
The procedure is practically painless and the post-operative recovery is very smooth. You can return to work after 48 hours, as long as it does not require too much physical effort. The healing period usually occurs until the 15th day. After this period, it is normal for the transplanted hairs to fall and regrow in the 3rd to 4th months gradually and progressively. The final result is permanent and will occur after 12 to 14 months.
